Lots of pics..all from this weekend. It was fun, leisurely, SUNNY & WARM, energizing, busy, SUNNY & WARM, blessed and did I mention..SUNNY & WARM?!?! Finally! I love Oregon and can withstand quite a bit of rain but it was getting a bit ridiculous. SO very thankful for a nice hefty dose of Vitamin D this weekend.
Baseball game..Matthew did an EXCELLENT job playing 1st base! Josie had an amazing hit into the outfield but unfortunately it was caught..still, it was awesome!
As soon as their game was over we came home, changed into our suits and hit the pool. Between the game and that first day at the pool I was sporting a bit of pink on my shoulders and cheeks but didn't even CARE. The very fact it was POSSIBLE to get a sunburn was glorious! *laugh*
Love, love, LOVE how they play so well together. It never fails to make my heart swell when I capture moments like those.
MUST have the goggles to swim. She feels naked without them in the pool. Ha!
And that would be ditto for the little dude.
I could take a bazillion shots at the pool. The bright light. blue water being splashed about. contrast of bright swimsuits and tanned skin...LOVE it.
Put a tomato plant on the patio and it has several blooms. Cannot wait for homegrown tomatoes! Yum...
And how cute is HE?!? He's such a good kid..I'm beyond blessed. A fantastic big brother, obedient, responsible, sensitive to others, a giver....who doesn't really dig getting his picture taken. But every once in a while I'm able to capture him. Few and far between, so I have to savor them *and* share! I wish he'd let me take them more often but such is life.
Sad to see the weekend go, but we're wrapping up school this week and it'll be pretty low key after that. Lots of fun little projects for Summer- but at a relaxed pace. And hopefully more bloggin..at a relaxed pace, of course.
XOXO

I've always been touched by their love and close bond with each other too. Too bad the season is over....They're looking like little pros on that field!
Lucky you getting to watch sports! Mine don't play anything yet, but hoping for the future they will! Savannah is interested in basketball, but nervous to try on a team!
cute cute pix!
