Isn't she lovely...

Bit of lovliness...
Gorgeous, isn't it?
This was one of my Moms thoughtful gifts to me this Christmas.
I cried over her thoughtfulness.
Then I cried some more when I realized that it was lovingly handcrafted thoughtfulness.
She truly is amazing.
In our life, she was Martha Stewart BEFORE there was a Martha Stewart.
She saw something that interested her or tickled her fancy and she would just go for it- whether she knew how to do it or not- she just dove in and figured it out until it worked. Food, crafts, home decor, you name it.
Our family should never be surprised with her creativity and the lovliness that it produces, but we are.
How could we help it?!

And here I have, a piece of her heart & artistry, forever- worn close to MY heart.
What could be better?

XOXO

You said it sister. We are so incredibly blessed. How do people get by with (whisper) boring moms??

Awww. This got me all choked up. I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of meeting your mom but she sounds like a remarkable lady. Is she accepting orders 'cuz if so, I want one. ;)
